Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment - All herbal consultations require full payment of $50 at the time of booking. - Appointments are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. - Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Cancellation Policy - Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund or credit. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment (“no-show”) results in no refund and no credit. Rescheduling - Clients may reschedule one time at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. - Additional changes may require a new booking and fee. Late Arrivals - Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. - If you arrive late, the session may be shortened and will not be extended or refunded. Client Responsibility - Clients must provide accurate information regarding health history, current medications, allergies, and relevant conditions. - The practitioner is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by withheld or inaccurate information.
